ACCESS: County Road 23 runs roughly northsouth for approximately 1 mile through sections 17 & 20. a 4x4 is strongly recommended. This is not a year round property. TIMBER: There are large Ponderosa Pines, and some Junipers on the property. Some open grassland as well. TOPOGRAPHY: A large canyon (Cedar Canyon) runs through this ranch.
