This 6,500 acre ranch is located in the northernmost part of the Book Cliffs, and has frontage and access on both Highway 6 and Highway 191. This wild and rugged ranch has 0.5 miles of the Price River, and 1.2 miles of Willow Creek, and ranges from 6,000 to 8,700 feet in elevation. The ranch offers exceptional trophy elk and deer hunting, and is part of a registered CWMU and is allocated 2 bull elk tags, and 2 buck deer tags annually, which can be used across the larger 20,000 acre CWMU of which it is a part. Water rights include 2 shares of Price River Water Users Association, and other appurtenant stock watering rights.
