The wooded lot is easily accessible from US RT 1 just east of Ellsworth. The property was last harvested 15-20 years ago and currently supports a merchantable forest of spruce, fir, pine, maple, and birch. While a viable timber lot, this lot is not in tree growth which also makes it an attractive homesite.
