Spanning across two counties there are approximately 4,039 acres in northern Crowley County and 18,044 acres in Lincoln County. Only a small portion of the ranch is not contiguous. Currently, the ranch is receiving around $511,000 a year in non-grazing income from multiple government sources. 12,095 acres of enrolled in CRP and 9,000 acres of ranch land in CSP. The owners are also involved in a wildlife EQUIP program and a walk-in bird hunting program with the State of Colorado. The ranch produces another $32,000 a year in hunting permits for deer and antelope. Most of the CRP contracts will expire in 2020-2021 allowing for an opportunity for new investors to take management of the ranch in a different direction. The CRP acres and some grass land have FSA base acres and can be turned back into production.

The owners are willing to leaseback the ranch for a negotiated term and rate to provide a guaranteed rate of return.
