Located on the rolling plains of eastern Colorado, the Seymour Ranch consists of 589.25 acres of native prairie grasslands. There is a beautifully constructed 2,596 square foot ranch style brick home with a wrap-around patio and hot tub to enjoy the endless views. The mountain view of Pikes Peak can be viewed to the west.

The property is completely fenced and cross fenced into two pastures with two water wells supplying the house and pasture.

Seymour Ranch is enrolled in the Grassland Conservation Program. This program is a win-win to both Ranchers and the environment by supporting and enabling grazing activities, while at the same time promote plant and animal biodiversity. Annual payments and contract details available. Contract is assignable.

Wildlife consists of Mule Deer, Antelope, Quail, Kit Fox, Coyotes, Badger, Golden Eagles and Bald Eagles have been seen. The town of Karval hosts the Mountian Plover festival annually in the Spring. Karval Lake State Wildlife Area is a short distance to the North.
