Brookland is situated directly in between Jonesboro and Paragould and is one of the fast growing cities in Arkansas, with it's population doubling in the past 4 years alone. The school systems has evolved into one of the fastest growing schools in Arkansas. This 29 acre tract is primed for development featuring over 770 linear feet of frontage on Highway 49. Highway 49 carries over 27,000 cars per day, giving this tract prime exposure. The massive growth this community is currently experiencing can be attributed to several factors. Brookland is uniquely located along Highway 49 between Jonesboro and Paragould.
