Separated into six pastures on the Forest and the headquarters land used as traps, this ranch is set up for fluid rotation and handling of livestock. A combined 150,000 gallons of water storage scattered throughout the ranch and in each pasture with multiple drinkers off each storage makes this ranch very well watered. Seasonal live water, spring water and dirt tanks are also scattered throughout.

The main livestock pens at the Headquarters are built out of steel that has a sorting alley, powder river squeeze chute with a hay barn, tack room, workshop, and horse pens nearby.
